. . Hans Leber started in the baking business in Europes at the age of 14 in
- 1952. He took three years of training in the Black Forest of Germany and
then went to Switzerland_to learn the art of decorating for two years. .
_..Hans moved to Canada in 1962 and has. been plying his trade on the
