couver Island, the couple now lives in North Van-

ANDRE MARZIALI,
Argyle Secondary School's
resident math whiz, had the
top individual mark of all
grade 10’s in B.C. in the
Fermat National
Mathematics Contest, he ws
seventh in Canada and the

grade 10 team came tenth in
B.C.

Marziali also placed

sixteenth in B.C. in the
Grade 11 and 12 category for
the MMA contest.

Grade 8s made a good
showing in the Canadian
National Mathematics
league with a team score that
placed them sixth in Canada,
while Tony Doman placéd
10th in Canada as an in-
dividual contestant.
