women’s and children’s clothing,

The Scuttles and Seawinds label
was started 18 years ago in Nova
Scotia by Vicki Lynn Bardon.
Along with her husband, Gary,
Bardon has developed Scuttles and
Seawinds from a cottage industry
into a franchise with stores in the
Maritimes, Ontario and now B.C.

The Vancouver store features
fixtures and furnishings made in
Nova Scotia. All merchandise is
handcrafted in Nova Scotia.
