Participants representing North
Vancouver, Lions Bay, Britannia
Beach, Squamish, Whistler and
Pemberton will come together for
two days to present their work.

A large selection of articles such
as pottery, hand-crafted jewelry,
clothing, wall-hangings of hand-
painted silk, fabric necklaces and
belts, paintings, sketches and

the guild display will be their floor

held at the Brackendale Art
Gallery, Saturday, Nov. 22 from

the Squamish Arts Council’s 8th
annual craft market.

Textile artist lectures

LIA COOK, well known textile ar-
tist and painter from Berkeley,
California, will give a lecture and
critiques of student work on
Saturday, Nov. 22 at Capilano
College.

Department, this lecture will be
held at 10 a.m, in the All College
Lounge, room A117. The fee is $7
