Furry thief hits W.V. golf club

Squirrel likes chocolate bars

Now that even the sanctity
of the local golf course has
been invaded by lawlessness,

West Vancouver residents
must be wondering what the
world is coming to.

For the last few weeks a
chocolate bar = stealing
squirrel has been carrying
out a very. successful
shoplifting operation in the
Pro Shop of the Glencagies
golf course

Pro Ron Fitch says that for
the past two or three weeks a
black squirrel has been
running into” the © store,
jumping on the counter.

“Its been around for a

while.” Fitch said, but he
adds that 1 has only been a
problem since tt discovered
the chocolate bars, and has
now stolen “up into the
