ver’s licence suspended for
three months after he pleaded
guilty to having a blood alco-

Pemberton, was fined $500
and had his driver’s licence
suspended for three months
after he pleaded guilty to hav-
ing a blood alcohol level
greater than .08.

Nathan James McCarty,
25, of Courtenay, was fined
$400 and had a 12 month
driver’s licence suspension
after he pleaded guilty to
impaired driving.
