Coun. Bill Bell, wha cast the single vote
against the development, said he wasn't swayed
by the threat of legal action.

“EP othink it's a bad deal.” said Bell. “I think
council has been sucked into it and hasn't looked
into it with clear eyes. They (councillors support-
ing the development) saw dollar signs on the sale
of the property.”
