Natice is hereby given that the
1990 Annual General Meeting of
the members of North Shore
Credit Union will be accomplish-
ed by two meetings as follows:

1. Whistler, B.C
Date: Tuesday, April 24, 1990
Time: 7:00 p.m.

Place: Whistler Conference

Centre, Whistler, B.C.
2. North Vancouver, B.C,
Date: Wednesday, April 25, 1990
Time: 7:00 p.m.

Place: North Shore Winter Club,

1325 E. Keith Rd.,

North Vancouver

The two meetings together
constitute the Annual General
Meeting and are being held under
Rule 5.1 of the Rules of North
Shore Credit Union. A member
may attend either meeting, but
may vote at only one. All votes
on elections of candidates for the
Board of Directors and on resolu-
tions will be by aggregate count
of votes cast at the two meetings.
Accordingly, in order to ensure
that each member present at a
meeting has the opportunity to
vote, nominations for directors
and proposals of resolutions may
be made from the floor only at
the first meeting, to be held at
Whistler on April 24, 1990.
If a member who is unable to

attend the Whistler mecting
wishes to nominate a candidate
for election to the Board of

Directors or to propose a resolu-
tion for consideration by the
meeting, and if written notice set-
ting forth the name of a qualified
candidate in the case of a
nomination, accompanied by
that candidate’s written consent
to stand for clection to the Board
of Directors, or the text of such
in the case of a resolution, is
delivered to the Administration
branch of North Shore Credit
Union, 301-1112 Lonsdale
Avenue, North Vancouver, British
Columbia, V7M 2H2, Attention:
Chief Executive Officer, before
the close of business on April 20,
1990, the Directors will ensure
that the nomination is made
from the floor only, or the resolu-
tion proposed, at the Whistler
meeting.

Results of elections and voting
on resolutions will be announc-
ed after the North Vancouver
mecting.

At the Annual General
Meeting, the following will be
presented for consideration by
members:

1. The minutes of the 48th An-
nual General Meetings held on
April 25, 1989, and April 27,
1989;

2. The report of the Board of
Directors and the Chief Executive
Officer, including the financial
statements for the year 1989;

3. Ordinary Resolution fixing
remuneration of Directors and
Committees. See Schedule “A”

4. Election of Directors;

5. The appointment of Auditors;
6. Such further or other business
as may appropriately come
before the mecting.

Ordinary Resolution

Resolved as an Ordinary
Resolution that the resolution
passed at the Annual General
Meeting, April 19, 1983 be
rescinded, and that commencing
with the 1990 fiscal year of the
Credit Union, the aggregate an-
nual remuneration of the direc-
tors and members of committees
in connection with the business
of the Credit Union and for at-
tendances at meetings be and is
hereby fixed at $20,000.00, to be
allocated and distributed among
the directors and members of
committees in such proportions
as the directors may deem fair
and equitable.
