Charges, which include sexual assault, buggery and gross in- decency, were Inid against the man following incidents alleged to have occurred from June, 1982 to June, 1986. A court ban has been placed on the publication of any evidence that might lead to the identity of the victim. Because the case deals with incest, the court ban extends to the nume of the accused. Brown was churged with uttering a forged document Sept. 30 after he attempted to cash a forged cheque for $150. Brown was subsequently charged with three counts of possession of stolen property in connection with an Oct. 3 police seizure of martial arts equipment, a set of keys and a calculator. Brown was charged with possession of a dangerous weapon May 12 io connection with an imitation Smith & Wesson revolver. The Squamish man pleaded guilty to all charges and was sentenced by Judge J.B.
