park opens Saturday |

THE West Coast
Railway Heritage Park
celebrates a grand
opening this Saturday
in Squamish.

On Aug. 19, the attraction
celebrates the opening of a
new town centre, including a
station (built based on archi-
tectural drawings from 1935},
anew mini-rail station and the
historic Brightbill House in
which an early PGE (EC Rail)
emplovee lived for many
years.

Ride the mini-rail, enjoy
music and other live enter-
tainment, including a vintage
car display, and see Western
Canada’s largest heritage rail-
way collection. Watch Engine
