theft program. The officers hold equipment “found” and “recovered stolen.”

back surgery. He had a spinal fusion operation, which has laid
him up and kept him away from Council duties. He will be
incapacitated until the end of February, so please do not
contact him regarding City Council business until that time,

1. Grouse Mountain
Stolen snowboard. Stolen
outside of restaurant at top of
mountain. Brand: Burton
feather light, 162 cm, bur-
gundy, solomon white and
grey bindings. Vaiue $1,000.

2. 400-bik. Seymour River
Place

Mischief to school.
Unknown suspects threw rock
through window of class-
room. $100 cost to replace
window.

3. 1400-bIk. Dominion St.
Theft of aluminum and
stainless steel. Cutprit(s) cur
the Jock on the gate of a busi-
ness and stole approximately
2,000 Ibs. of stainless steel
and aluminum sheets. Most of
the aluminum was marked
with DNV in black ink. Sheets
ranged from !/,”-1/” thick.
Police continue to investigate.
Total value about $3,500.

Break, enter and theit.

Lock picked on residence and
suspects entered garage of
home and stole compressor,
plasma cutter, welder, spotter,
solar helmet, JADA jet guns,
and porta power. Value of
stolen goods approximately
$5,006. Volice continue to
investigate.

5. 1900-blk. Marine Drive
Theft from vehicle.
Between 5-7 p.m. unknown
suspect(s) broke into vehicle
parked in underground
parkade and stole 65 pails of
margarita mix from a silver
1986 Dodge Caravan. Rear
window on vehicle smashed.
This mix is only sold in the
US. ard is not available in
Canada. The pails are brightly
coloured and are 125 oz. in
size. Towal of stolen good
approximately $500. Police
continue to investigate.
