Cuisines represented at this year’s event include — Mexican, Greek, Japanese, Italian and Thai. Live cooking demonstra- tions with celebrity chefs as well as local vintners will be present to introduce visitors’ palettes to some fabulous tastes. Eat and drink to your heart’s content. To help set the mood for an evening of diversity, music and fun, strolling models will be dressed in colorful, ethnic dress, as well as the latest fall fashions. Proceeds from the evening will go to help the work of the North Shore Multicultural Society, which promotes equal access and opportunities for all ethnic groups.
