scared the daylights out of’ me
would be deemed too vague
in court to be considered
criminal.

Blame that on the Crown
office, they approve the
charges, say the Mounties.

So here we have it. People
can apparently drink and

. drive, take off at the scene of

accidents, drive recklessly in
quiet neighborhoods and
threaten people going abour
their business.

People can de all that
while they are supposedly
“keeping the peace” on pro-
bation.

Seems like criminals have
