Before Judge Billi Rodgers in
North Vancouver provincial
court on Sept. 7:

Clayton Ronald Crust, 27, of
North Vancouver, received 12
months’ probation after he pleaded
guilty to stealing moncy belonging
to Save-On-Foods between Dec. 9,
1993, and Dec. 17, 1993, in North
Vancouver City.

Crust was required to perform
50 hours of community work ser-
vice.

Before Judge Bill Rodgers in
North Vancouver provincial
court on Sept. 1:

Gary Henry McCaulcy, also
known as Alfred William Lyness,
43, of no fixed address, was jailed
one day after he pleaded guilty to
obstructing RCMP Const. Joseph
Paul Emile Arsencault on Aug. 13
on Bowen Island.

court on Aug. 26:

Arne Thor Juvik, 44, of North
Vancouver, was fined $200 after he
pleaded guilty to being the driver of
a vehicle involved in a hit-and-run
accident with an unattended vehicle
on July 7 in North Vancouver City.

Jeffrey Charles More, 2!, of
North Vancouver, was fined $100
after he pleaded guilty to being the
driver involved in a hit-and-run
accident with an unattended vehicle
on May 31 in North Vancouver
District.

Before Judge Jerome Paradis
in North Vancouver provincial
court on Aug. 22:

Carl Wayne Thompson, 35, of
Vancouver, was fined a total of
$600 after he pleaded guilty to the
following:
stealing merchandise from Super
Valu on April 2) in West
Vancouver;
