FBDB’s search is on for
young entrepreneurs

The Federal Business
Development Bank (FBD3) is
searching for candidates for its
annual Young Entrepreneurial
Awards. The awards recognize the
achievements of entrepreneurs 29
years of age or younger.

A total of 12 awards will be pre-
sented — on: for each province
and territory. The awards ceremo-
ny takes place in Octuber in a
major Canadian city, as part of
Small Business Week.

The criteria for awards are Oper-
ating success, innovation and cor-
munity involvement. The deadline
for applications is Aug. 15.
