Van schoois THE GRADUATING classes of two North Vancouver high schools that no longer exist plan to bring . back some school spirit when they hold a joint reunion this fall. The reunion ‘‘is for everybody who graduated from North Van High or Delbrook in 1958, or who would have graduated if they hadn’t changed schools or dropped “out,’’ said Bill] Wedley, co-chair- man of the reunion and professor of Business Administration at Simon Fraser University. Wedley said more than 300 stu- dents graduated from the two high schools in 1958. ‘‘But when Delbrook burned down in 1977, it never reopened. And North Van High closed and was torn down two years later after it was phased out.’’ The 1958 grads epitomized the ‘50s generation, according to Patti: The Gas Division of B. C.
