The message of Easter:
a walker and a whistle

EASTER Is THE HERALD, br hope reborn and life
renewed. A'symbol of it nexi week will be a 34-year-old
woman armed with a whistle, moving slowly around the
block at 16th and Gordon in: West Van./

and sense of humor. Last year she
