THE WORLD Runners, an
international running club,
are holding a five-mile public
run around False Creek Oct.
30 to inform people that
hunger can be stopped.

The run, already having at-
tracted hundreds of people to
sign up, starts at the B.C.
Place stadium’s north park-
ing lot, down Pacific Street,
over the Burrard Bridge, east
along 6th Avenue, and then
back to B.C. Place via
Quebec Strcet

about the issues concerning

The entrance fee into the
run is $6 before Oct) 17, and
$8 after that date and on the
