developments — Quayside Plaza and Harbour-

complex with a restaurant,
retail facilities and three
floors of office space.

HarbourView Place,

developed by Shelter Cor-
poration of Canada, is the
sales centre for an 81-unit
condominium project called
HarbourView Pork located
beside it on the waterfront.

Speaking at the official
opening, North Vancouver
City Mayor Jack Loucks
said Lonsdale Quay has been
the catalyst for the
redevelopment of flower
Lonsdale.
