Support group discusses
ways to cope with pain

A MEMBER of the North Ameri-
can Pain Support Group will
facilitate a discussion on coping
with pain at Lions Gate Hospital
on Tuesday, Nov. 19 at 7:30 p.m,

The meeting, which takes place
in the hospital auditorium, is
sponsored by the North Shore
branch of The Arthritis Society
(NSBOTAS).

“There are no easy answers or
“magic solutions for relieving pain;
what helps some people may not
work for others. How you deal
with pain can actually affect how
you- feel your pain,’’ says L.

NSBOTAS.
