slimy promoters in the industry—
especially in Vancouver. There are
roughly 1,300 companies listed on
the Vancouver Stock Exchange
(VSE) and there is a promoter for
every one of them that will tell
you: ‘I like this one’’ or ‘‘This
one’s going to go’’. However the
final decision is that of the in-
vestor. Ultimately it is not the
promoter but the investor's fault if
money is lost. No one is forcing
them to buy.
