NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

The Annual General Meeting of the members of the North |. _
and West Vancouver Hospital Society will be held at the . -
North Vancouver Recreation Centre, 123 East 23rd __
Street, North Vancouver, B.C. on the ist day of
September, 1982 at 6:30 p.m. Registration will begin at
6:15 p.m. The Chairman will convene the meeting at 6:30
p.m. and will immediately declare a recess until 7:30 p.m.
This will permit a one hour period for members who wish

to cast their votes but are unable to remain for the balance
of the meeting.

Special resolutions will be presented to amend the By-
Laws of the Society:

THAT Article VI ‘Meetings of Members of the Socie-
ty’, subsection 6, that the words ‘voting shall be done by a

show of hands’ be changed to read ‘voting may be done
by a show of hands’.

THAT Article tt ‘Board of Directors’ subsection 2(a)

the words ‘under the age of 18 years’ should be changed
to read ‘under the age of 19 years’.

Copies of the financial statements and auditor's report for

the year ended March 31, 1982 are available at the
hospital. |

Present Society members are encouraged to renew their

membership prior to the Annual General Meeting to avoid
delays at the start of the meeting.
