North - Vancouver, received 12
months’ probation after he pleaded
. guilty to stealing a ring, camera and
a-TV .belonging to two people
between May 15, 1994, and July 25,
1994,

The items were valued at more
than $1,000,

Cockricll was required to per-
form 50 hours of community work
service. withing six months of sen-
‘tencing.

Cockrietl’s criminal record was
filed into court evidence.

Sam Carmine Duva, 34, of North
Vancouver, received [2 months’
probation after he pleaded guilty to
assaulting a woman on Nov, 24,

' 1994, in North Vancouver District.

Liviu Popovici, 41, of North
“Vancouver, was fined $750 and
received 12 months’ probation after
‘he pleaded guilty to assaulting a
woman on Dec, 8, 1994, in North
"Vancouver City. .:

Vancouver, was juiled one day after
he pleaded guilty io assaulting a
male on Jan, 17, 1994, in North
Vancouver District.

The jail sentence was served in
sheriff's cells before Abigosis was
sentenced,

probation after he pleaded guilty to
committing ‘mischief by wilfully
breaking a window belonging to
Sextant Investment Ltd. on April 29,

. 1994 in North Vancouver District.

Gagne was required to perform
15 hours of community work ser-
vice for the benefit of Showroom
Lease Inc.

Craig Mackie, 33, of North

_ Vancouver, was jailed 30 days and

received 18 months’ probation after
he was found: guilty of stealing
money and food belonging te a man
on Dec. 14, 1993, in North
Vancouver City,
