NORTH VANCOUVER RCMP have charged a 15-year-old
male with assault with intent te steal, assault causing bodi-
ly harm and robbery in connection with two separate incl-
dents in North Vancouver. |

Both “incidents, in October ‘and November, involved
demands for money by the alleged suspect and a few other
youths. During the latter incident, a refusal-to hand over
-eash resulted in the suspect breaking the victim’s nose.

Under. the Young Offender's Act, the suspect's name
cannot be released.
