Engraving firm
makes its mark

The existing 14,000 square feet
will be demolished in two stages.
The new 50,000 square foot centre
will combine residential, office and
commercial space.

With the completion of phase
one in six months, the commercial
tenants in the existing centre will
move into the new premises. Ober-
ti expects phase two to be ready six
months later.

The new centre will house 25 to
30 specialty commercial tenants.

The project is being developed
by Melco Developments Ltd.

made its mark focally engraving
commemorative mementoes for the
three North Shore municipalities.

Cordy-Simpson’s engraving
work incorporates an engraving
technique akin to sand blasting.
