T'is tournament, which
runs over 29 days is a recre-
ational, no-body checking
competition open to players
19 and over.

As part of the opening

“ceremonies, the Vancouver
Canucks will drop the first
puck at a charity broomball
game to help raise money for
Multiple Sclerosis.

The MS team, bolstered
by members of the North
Van RCMP will take on a
local media all-star \cam.
Following the game there
will be a hotdog barbecue
with ali proceeds going to
the Multiple Sclerosis Socie-
ty.
