Solberg of North Vancouver with her. recipe for Shrimp Souffle. Mrs. Solberg wins 10 lb of fresh shrimp from SCHOONER SEAFOODS LTD. SHRIMP SOUFFLE Serves 12 8 slices bread (trim crusts) 2 cups shrimp ‘2 cup mayonnaise onion (chopped) green pepper (chopped) cups milk eggs can mushroom soup grated cheese., paprika Dice half of bread into large baking dish and pour shrimp mixture over diced bread. Place remaining four slices of bread over shrimp mixture. Mix eggs and milk and pour over bread slices. Place in refrigerator over- night. Bake at 325° for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and spoon soup over the top. Top with cheese and paprika. Bake for 1 hour longer at 325°. Serve immediately.
