The 16th annual Hose Reel Festival, a fundraising event put on by all three North Shore fire departments, happens tomorrow, 10. begins at 9:45 a.m. with the fallen firefighter memori- al service at the Cenotaph in Victoria Park. Then at 10:39 a.m., the festival parade takes off from Keith Road, up Lonsdale Avenue to 17th Street and west to Mahon Park.
