LOCAL READERS looking for ’ some last-minute summer reading or those trying to get a jump on the new school year will be glad to know that the Lynn Valley branch of North Vancouver District Library has reopened for business. The library was closed for two weeks in August to allow for the installation of new sub-floor and carpeting. The library staff have taken the Opportunity to make some minor changes in the floorplan: on the main floor, teenagers will find a new Young Adult corner under the stairs, featuring more popular paperbacks and the first acquisi- tions in the new Young Adult Video collection.
