Before Judge W.J. Diebolt in North Vancouver provincial court on August 14- William James George was fined . $50 and placed on probation for six months after the 22-year-old North Vancouver man was found guilty of mischief in connection with a May 19 incident in which the rear window of a_ 1986 Oldsmobile belonging to the RCMP was broken. In addition to the fine, George was ordered to pay $100 in restitu- tien to the victim. Before Judge J.D. Layton in North Vancouver provincial court on August 14; Bruce Gregory Smiith received a conditional discharge and was placed on probation for six months after the 20-year-old man of no fixed address pleaded guilty to ob- taining food through fraudulent means in connection with an Aug. 13 incident at Mr. Munchies. In addition to the probation, Smith was also ordered to pay $36 in restitution to the victim. Before Judge W.3.
