Transit board for final consideration. , Man guilty of possessing cards A 20-YEAR-OLD North Vancouver men was ordered to pay $1,200 in restitution to the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce Visa centre after he pleaded guiity May 12 in North Vancouver provincial court to possessing stolen credit cards. Scott Alexander Flemming was originally charged with stealing, possessing, and using credit cards in connection with incidents in which Visa, PetroCan and Texaco credit cards were alleged to have beco stolen. . Appearing before Judge J.B. Paradis, Fiemming pleaded guilty to the charge of possessing stolen credit cards. A stay of proceedings was entered in the other two charges. Flemming received a conditional discharge and was placed on probation for nine months, He was crdered to pay the $1,200 in restitution by Aug. 30.
