The breaches related to a G Rescue raffle A recent raffle vaised a total $7,000 in net proceeds to buy equipment for North Shore Rescue’s new com- mand vehicle. North Shore Credit Union sold the tickets. North Van City Mayor Barbara Sharp drew the win- ning ticket Dec. 31, while the credit union’s Colleen Last watched. Before Judge Jerome Paradis on July 23, 1999: Colin Sebastian Ryder, 23, of Vancouver, was jailed 14 days and fined $300 after he pleaded guilty’ to driving while prohibited on June 20, 1998 in West Vancouver.
