good opener. Sfara’s version
of the swirled egg soup
boasted lots of egg and fresh
parsley in a clear savoury
stock.

Best copped with a spoon-
ful or two of tresh grated
parmesan.

Primavera’s wine list is
limited.

Stara offers only one
option by the giass, and it's
an uninteresting house selec-
tion.

The rest of the selection is
exclusively Italian. Some
decent chianti, barolo and .
bardolino are listed.

As with the rest of the
Lonsdale Quay terminal area,
the Primavera dining room is
showing its age.

On the Friday night Table
Hopping visited, there were
but two other tables occu-
pied.

The Sabatuccis’ Caruso
lasted approximately a year.
Primavera has been open
since April.

The terminal dining game

. odds dictate that Primavera

will be hard-pressed to out-
last its predecessor.
Don’t count Chef Sfara
out yet, however.
