THE following people appeared in North Vancouver courts to face various charges: Before Judge Jerome Paradis in North Vancouver provincial court on Oct. 30, 1998: Bruce Robert Wruck, 49, af North Vancouver, was jailed four months after he pleaded guilty to: @ obrtsining from $500 to $2,100 by false pretence from the Bank of Montreal in cight separate incidents between May 3, 1995 and May 13 1995 in North Vancouver; B failing to go to court on Sept 15. The false pretence charges related to forged cheques, according to police. Wruck was required to pay $9,700 restitution to the Bank of Montreal. Before Judge Jerome Paradis in North Vancouver provincial court on Oct. 27, 1998: Peter Shawn Prepchuk, 40, of Vancouver, received 12 monihs’ probation after he pleaded guilty to sexually assaulting a woman on Dee. 21, 1996 in N.V. City. Before Judge _ Bill Rodgers in North Vancouver provincial court on Oct. 21, 1998: Gregory Todd Curry, 22, of North Vancouver, was jailed six months and received 24 months’ probation after he pleaded guilty to stealing $160 from a woman while he was armed with a knife on June 17, 1998 in North Vancouver District.
