af North Vancouver, was
jailed four months after he
pleaded guilty to:

@ obrtsining from $500 to
$2,100 by false pretence from
the Bank of Montreal in cight
separate incidents between
May 3, 1995 and May 13
1995 in North Vancouver;

B failing to go to court on
Sept 15.

The false pretence charges
related to forged cheques,
according to police.

Wruck was required to pay
$9,700 restitution to the
Bank of Montreal.

Paradis in North Vancouver
provincial court on Oct. 27,
1998:

Peter Shawn Prepchuk,
40, of Vancouver, received 12
monihs’ probation after he
pleaded guilty to sexually
assaulting a woman on Dee.
21, 1996 in N.V. City.

Before Judge _ Bill
Rodgers in North
Vancouver provincial court
on Oct. 21, 1998:

Gregory Todd Curry, 22,
of North Vancouver, was
jailed six months and received
24 months’ probation after
he pleaded guilty to stealing
$160 from a woman while he
was armed with a knife on
June 17, 1998 in North
Vancouver District.

Curry was prohibited trom
possessing guns for five years.

Theft from auto. Entry
gained through driver’s no-
draft window. Stolen: camp-
ing, gear, clothing.

December 21

2. 1400-blk. Marine Drive

Theft. Unknown male
twice entered office asking
questions. He seemed suspi-
cious. Short time later com-
plainant realized theft from
office. Stolen: Pentium: com-
puter.

female distracted sales clerk
while the other stole money
from cil. Stolen: cash.

Thelt from auto. Vehicle
was left unlocked. No dam-
age. Stolen: insurance papers,
manual, CDs, rape.

Theft from auto, Vehicle

parked on street in front of

residence. Passenger window
broken. Stolen: books.

7. Park Royal South

Suspicious. Two females
and one male entered store
and attempted to open cash
drawer of unoccupied register.
No cash missing.

Avenue

Break and enter. No sign
of forced entry. Stolen: jewel-
ry.

unlocked. Stolen: wallet con-

Theft. Master keys stolen
from lock boxes outside of
apartment buildings. Keys
allow access to front door,
locker room, mechanical
room, roof, elevators. Four
apartment buildings vandlal-
ized to date.
