THE following people recently appeared in North Shore courts in connection with drink- ing and driving related offences: Ronald Gauthier, 32, of North Vancouver, was fined $300 and had his driver's licence suspended for three months after he pleaded guilty to having a blood alcohol level greater than .08. Gary Leonard Bartlett, 38, of Bowen Island, was fined $500, was jailed 21 days, teceived 12 months’ probation and had his driver's licence sus- pended for 12 months after he pleaded guilty to nwo charges of impaired driving. Stephen Hodges, 32, of West Vancouver, was fined $500 and had his driver's licence suspended for 12 months after he pleaded guilty to having a blood alcohol level greater than .08. Shawn Szostak, 21, of Brittania Beach, was fined $450 and had his driver's licence suspended for 12 months after he pleaded guilty to impaired driving. Stephen Graham Lewis, 35, of Whistler, was jailed 21 days and had his driver’s licence suspended for 12 months after he pleaded guilty to having a blood alcohol lev- vel greater than .08. The jail sentence was rec- ommended served by clec- tronic monitoring. Andy Dobrota, 47, of Burnaby, was fined $700 and had his driver’s licence suspend- ed for 12 months after he plead- ed guilty to having a blood alcohol level greater than .08. Robert Watson Halstead Barker, 43, of West Vancouver, was fined $2,000 and had his driver's licence suspended for 18 months after he pleaded guilty to impaired driving. Samuel Mattias Poyner, 20, of West Vancouver, was fined $400 and had -his dri- ver’s licence suspended for 12 months after he pleaded guilty to. having a blood alcohol level greater than .08. Franca Angela Felicella, 25, of West Vancouver, was fined $500 and had her dhi- ver’s licence suspended for 12 months after she pleaded guilty to having a blood alco- hol level greater than .08. Brian Malcolm Reid, 41, of Port Coquitlam, was jailed 40 days, received 12 months’ robation and had his driver’s icence suspended for 12 months after he pleaded guilty to having a blood alcohol level greater than .08. Joseph Gerard Egan, 56, of Vancouver, was fined $600 and had his ficence suspended for 12 months after he was found guilty of impaired dri- ving and possessing a stolen licence plate validation tag. David Glen Guerrero, 29, of North Vancouver, was jailed 30 days and had his dri- ver’s licence suspended for 12 months after he pleaded guilty to impaired driving and pos- sessing a stolen motor vehicle. John Matthew LeRoy, 27, cf Bowen Island, was fined $400 and had his driver's licence suspended for 12 months after he was found guilty of impaired driving. Jayson Alan Hill, 24, of | Prince George, was fined $500 and had his driver's licence suspended for 12 months after he pleaded guilty to impaired driving. Courtney Alan Moore, 21, of West Vancouver, was fined $900 and had his driver's licence suspended for 12 months after he was found guilty of impaired driving. Cynthia Lynn Guimond, 34, of Vancouver, was fined $360 and had her driver's licence suspended for three months after she pleaded guilty to impaired driving.
