The North Vancouver Christmas Bureau assists those who face difficulty through the Christmas season.
’ Those individuals and families requiring assistance are referred to the Bureau by various social service agencies.
«> The Bureau ‘ensures that everyone will receive a hamper of food and that the children receive Christmas gifts.
; The: funds not required for the current year will go to support programs for families with limited means who wish to °
: access services in family counselling, family. drop-in centers and family life education, and for whom a subsidy is required.
