The Parks & Recreation Committee are requesting public input regarding the pians proposed for the following parks:

- Three concept plans were presented to
the public’ at a meeting held on March
31, 1993 at Queensbury School. The

* choice with some modifications. The

Park will be presented to the Committee

1993 Concept "B" Plan

The Concept "C" Plan, adopted in 1987,
was revised as the result of a public
meeting held on October 10, 1991. On
April 5, 1993 Council endorsed the
following resolution for Mosquito Creek
Park:

“THAT a decision on the installation
of a basketball court be deferred until
all members of Council have an
opportunity to visit the site;

AND FURTHER that the subject of a
basketball court be referred to the
Parks & Recreation Committee;

AND FURTHER THAT construction
of the basketball court temporarily
cease until a decision has been made
by Council."
