Serves 6 to 8

1 6- to 7-pound whole salmon,
cleaned and sealed

Salt and freshly ground pepper
to laste

I cup diced Monterey jack
cheese

Tcup diced ceiery

I samtf onion, diced

J tbsp. butter, melted

} cup sour eream

SK ounces tomato sauce

Preheat oven to 350 degrees,
Line large baking dish with
aluminum foil. °

Season fish inside and out
with salt and pepper and place
in prepared dish. Combine
cheese, celery, and onion and
stuff into fish cavity, Mix but-
