The exchange of property at the Fullerton Fill site on Fell Avenue in North Vancouver was approved by council at its Oct. 19 meeting. The city has agreed to swap a centrally-located water dot currently in its possession for 3 for at the foot of Fell Avenue which Bob) Fearnley claims is “worthless.” “Phat land is of no value except to birds and tishes,” he said. Fearnley and Dean both believe the exchange is a “bad deal® for the city.
