some information about their own

Where is my PIN number? Only North Vancouver voters need PINs. These should have already arrived with
voting instructions in the mail. If you have not received your PIN number, please call 666-0585.

Do I have Touch Tone service? To check for Touch Tone service, lift the handset and press the buttons on your
telephone. If you hear one tone signal for each number pushed, then you have Touch Tone service. If you hear a series
of clicking sounds, you do not have Touch Tone service. Before searching for another phone, check if there is a
Tone/Pulse switch on your phone.

What does a Tone/Pulse switch do? If there is a button to switch from “Pulse” to “Tone”, you should be able to
call the 1-900 number with the switch on “Pulse”. Switch it to “Tone” to enter your PIN number and answer tie
questions. For assistance, call the help line at 666-8378.
