needed to establish a volunteer
development committee that will
recruit, train and recognize volun-
teers of the Cancer Society. The
hours are flexible.

A PATIENT driver with a class
IV licence (or willing to get one) is
wanted to drive eight to 10 seniors

A SENIORS tuc shop requires a
volunteer to assist with store
operations. The store is open three
times per week.

HELP some elderly citizens by
assisting with driving and shopp-
ing duties once or twice per
month.

AN ORGANIZED clerical
worker with some office experi-
ence is needed to work in a busy
arts club office. The duties include
filing, photocopying, mailing out

newsletters and some typing. Vol-
unteer may work on-call or from
11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Mondays
and Tuesdays.

SPECIAL events volunteers
who enjoy the arts are wanted to
assist with organizing events in
July and August such as Con-
cert-by-the-Sea, Harmony Arts
Festival and the Canada Day
celebration.
