Individuals and organizations are invited to forward written submis- sions, or requests to appear, to the Joint Clerks of the Committee, as soon as possible, but not later than July 22, 1987. Individuals and organizations who wish to submit written briefs to the Committee may do so in English, French or both official languages. If possible, briefs should be typed on 28 cm by 22 cm paper with margins of 3. cm by 2 cm. Public distribution of all briefs is left to the discretion of the Committee, unless otherwise requested at the time of submission.
