Snowfest

snowtun

SNOWFEST will be held at the
Cypress cross-country ski area on
March 17.

The program includes a one-
kilometre junior ski race at 11
a.m., a snowshoe race at noon, a
three-kilometre uphill-downhill
trace for all ages at 1 ym. and an
all-day obstacle race.

Prizes will include 1986-87
Seasons passes, four ski lesson
packages, books of trail tickets, ski
clothing and accessories.

Other Snowfest events include a
Karhu ski booth with free
demonstration skis available, a
Swix waxing and no-wax clinic, a
telemark clinic, a skating clinic,
and a volunteer ski patrol booth.
