Probation after police assault A 27-YEAR-OLD MAN, Larry Allan Dunn, was given a conditional discharge and one year's probation in North Van- couver provincial court Monday on one count of assaulting a police officer. The charge resulted from an incident 6 March 1985, in which Dunn, in- volved in’ a) domestic dispute in the 1000 block Premier Street, was ap- prehended by potice. A North Vancouver RCMP officer attending the inci- dent, attempted to restrain Dunn from lung- ing oat the complainant ind was subsequently at- tacked by Dunn. The officer sustained minor lacerations to the neck and lip in’ the incident.
