WV students scoop award

A WEST VANCOUVER Secondary School team
of five students won the Physics Olympics in a
province-wide competition at U.B.C. recently.

with water and the bronze
medal for a bridge made
from newspapers to hold up
an egg

Though erecting the actual
pop bottle structure onty
took 47 seconds, Jeft Chesko
said that hours of prepara
tion had been involved m
planning workable designs
