witepboto) p> ians a } com In order to achieve oil self-suffici iciency TORONTO (UPC) - Energy Minister Ray Hnatyshyn says Canadians must conserve energy to accomplish oil self-sufficiency and one method to achieve this is to raise domestic prices without “widening the split between the oil-rich West and oil-less East.” Hnatyshyn, speaking to the Canadian Club Monday, obliquely referred to Alberta’s oil reserves and the province’s apparent un- willingness to share its wealth.
