It envisages 80 per cent commercial development, a 350 long pier, perhaps a marina, and three-quarters of the waterfront covered in a parking lot. . . The sailing club would go (which serves both North and West Vancouver, since North Van has so little -waterfront left) and no walkway along the beach would remain. SO The ‘Council says they -~ “welcome public input, yet the report can only be seen and read at the library (and it is quite a lengthy document) or purchased for $5 at the city hall. : Can you help us to keep this land for the public as it should be?
