communities in Canada. The
fees are very reasonable, the
instructors are well
qualified, and you'll meet
others who share your in-
terest in sailing.

After you have suc-
cessfully completed the
basic course, look for op-
portunities to crew on other
boats to gain experience and
confidence. Many sailing
schools” offer “graduate”
programs which include boat
trips and the opportunity to
crew in club regattas.
