Two-vehicle accident at the
intersection. Injuries: one passenger
suffered fractured elbow while oth-
ers were bmised. Charges: Failure
to vield after stopping ‘at -sign.
Approximately $8,000 damage.

various charges:

Before Judge Jerry Paradis in
North Vancouver provincial court
on Aug. 30:

Terry Kenneth Mark, 41, of
Vancouver, received six montis’
probation after he pleaded guilty to
stealing a screwdriver belonging to
Lumberland on July 3 in North
Vancouver.

He was required to perform 30
hours of community work service,

Mark's criminal record was pre-
sented in court,

Ingrid Else Goulet, 41, of North
Vancouver, was fined $100 after she

pleaded guilty to stealing merchan- .

dise belonging to a drugstore in
Courtenay on April 20.
