NV Court move
delay foreseen

The British Columbia
Building Corporation has
been informed that the City
of North Vancouver is

unable to extend its lease
on the Justice Ad-
ministration Building at 1305
St Georges Avenue beyond
December 1.

But North Van City
council decided last week to
allow BCEC to overhold on
the building on a weekly
basis until the court is ready
to move into temporary
facilities.
